'Martial Moments' is a collection of well known armed forces marches arranged in medley form by Aubrey Winter (1870-1955).
It is estimated this arrangement dates from around 1925 or earlier.
The performance is by the Royal Australian Navy Band conducted by Lieutenant Commander Gordon Coxon.
The 12 inch vinyl LP “Lest We Forget” (Columbia SCXO 8017) was issued in 1974.
The cover photograph features the Band of the Royal Australian Navy, HMAS Cerebus, on the forecourt of the Shrine Of Remembrance, St. Kilda Road, Melbourne.
