Memory seats are designed to remember a driving position you feel comfortable in and all you have to do is select "Set", then select a number you want to store the favored position. e.g driving position 1.

When you next enter the vehicle and the driver's seat has changed, select the number you stored your own seating position and the chair will adjust back to your preferred driving position.
