We begin with another look at Sydney McLaughlin's earth-shattering 50.68 world record in the 400m hurdles, meet heptathlon legend and long jump great Jackie Joyner-Kersee and sit in on an insightful chat between Aries Merritt, the world record holder and 2012 Olympic champion in the 110m hurdles, and Trey Cunningham, this year's silver medallist in the event. We also make another pit stop at another favourite Eugene watering hole, McMenamins Cafe, and learn a little bit more about Eugene's city bike-sharing system, which was ramped up ahead of the world championships to accommodate as many fans and visitors as possible. And between it all, Host Chari Hawkins takes us on a tour of the track and field at Hayward Field.
