Mr Mohd Hanif, the third gen stallowner of Temasek Indian Rojak, a more than 3-decade old business, starts preparations at 2am to dish out a variety of tasty fritters. Mr Hanif follows closely to the recipe passed down by his grandfather, who used to sell rojak on a pushcart along Dunlop Street.
One will be pampered by the sumptuous spread of Tempeh, innards, fish fillet, fish cake, Tau Kwa, battered potatoes, coconut fritter, and many more! Their signature cuttlefish and prawn fritters are a must-try. The former is jelly-like with a firm bite, and the prawn fritters are so crispy that one piece is never enough!
The Rojak is served with freshly cut onions, green chilli, and homemade dipping sauce. Made with 11 ingredients including sweet potato, chilli, peanut, sesame, pineapple, the sauce is rich, mildly spicy and savoury, making it a perfect match with the Rojak.
