Upper Landing is an urban village located on the Mississippi River in downtown St Paul, across from the Science Museum. It sits next to Upper Landing Park, views Harriet Island Park and has access to 23 miles of paved trails along the river (click here to see map). The St Paul skyway system is conveniently accessed at Xcel Energy Center (click here to see map.) Residents enjoy walking to dinner or entertainment along 7th St or downtown.
There are five separate condominium/townhome buildings at Upper Landing, each with their own unique design ranging from 3-level row houses, 2-level townhomes with tuck under garage stalls, 1-level condominium living-some with their own exterior entrance as well as interior, and 2-level condominiums with rooftop deck. The spectacular views are of the riverfront, the bluff, or the downtown skyline. Ceiling heights from 10’- 20’, most have granite or solid surface countertops, hardwood floors, fireplace, luxurious master suites, laundry, underground parking, and storage.
Construction started in 2003 by Centex and was later taken over by David Bernard and Rottlund Homes, and the last units were completed in 2009.
There is a Caribou Coffee and Anytime Fitness conveniently located within the Upper Landing community.
