This is the easiest roasted red pepper dip you'll ever make! It's creamy, delicious and comes together in only 5 minutes! It's the perfect appetizer to serve your vegan guests.

Ingredients:
🫑4 roasted red peppers (roasted ahead of time or from the jar)
🧀1/2 cup vegan feta (I use voilife)
🫒1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
🧄1/2 tsp garlic powder
🌶chili flakes to taste
🧂salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
🌶Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
🌶Serve with your choice of bread, crackers, crostini, pita or veggies.

🫑This is the easiest vegan roasted red pepper dip you’ll ever make! If you need an appetizer pronto, you’re going to love this recipe. It’s the perfect thing to serve to guests and a great addition to any vegan charcuterie.
🫑There are a lot of vegan capsicum dips made with cashews and freshly roasted red peppers. Sometimes you simply don’t have 30-45 minutes to make a dip. Although this recipe is extremely simple, it is not lacking flavour. This gets gobbled up every time I serve it. It’s also gluten free!
🫑This roasted red pepper dip can also be used as a pasta sauce or a spread on grilled vegan sandwiches. It’s extremely versatile and delicious!
🫑 Roasted Red Peppers:
To make this recipe in only 5 minutes you’ll need red peppers that have already been roasted. They can be purchased in a jar ahead of time from amazon on your grocery store. You can also roast your own red peppers in advance to save time. If you are roasting the peppers yourself, be sure to remove the pepper skin.
🧀 Vegan Feta:
For this recipe I used voilife vegan feta cheese. Any vegan feta cheese will work for this recipe. Check out this recipe for homemade high protein vegan feta. If you don’t have vegan feta, vegan ricotta will do the trick!
🫒 Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
Although olive oil is the most complimentary flavour for this recipe, any neutral flavoured oil can be used. If you have a garlic infused oil, even better!
How long does roasted red pepper dip last?
This vegan roasted red pepper dip lasts up to 1 week in the fridge in an airtight container. I do not recommend freezing this dip as it alters the consistency.
