Today is my 4 week post-op for my gastric sleeve surgery journey. This week I have now passed all phases, so I'm allowed to eat regular foods. I'm learning that there is for sure a big learning curve, and so much of it is mental. Now it's time to figure out what my body can handle after having this surgery. This vlog will document what it was like as I recover from VSG surgery! This channel will feature a series of vlogs documenting my VSC experience and weight loss journey. I will be getting the surgery done in Mexico at Endobariatric in August 2021.
