In a previous video I explained that I am often asked whether Pilates is enough.
Generally it is not when looking at government guidelines for health.
But also you must consider your goals. Your training must be specific.
If you wanted to beat back pain, move better, feel better, improve core strength, mobility, flexibility, perform better in sport and activity and avoid injuries as well as some posture benefits - Pilates is almost enough - you just need to be getting your heart rate up more.
If you have other goals, Pilates will certainly aid your training, and performance, but naturally your training should be specific to your goal.
