Perhaps one of the most surprising glitches in the game, and one that quickly lead to a survivor's death is the strange juggernaut health link glitch.

This glitch can occur when a juggernaut attacks a AI human survivor, friendly or hostile, causing the damage to be copied onto your character, health and blood plague both. On Lethal Zone? It can be very deadly!
