VEGAN FUDGIE BROWNIES:
These brownies are: super healthy, low fat and moist.
To make them lower in fat don't add the walnuts but they do make them nicer.
What you will need:
1+1/2 cups flour (i use plain white)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large ripe banana
100g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
150g dark chocolate
What to do:
place the flour and the baking powder into a bowl.
mash the banana and add sugar vanilla.
melt the chocolate and add to the banana.
pour the chocolate into the flour until well combined.
line a baking tray and pour batter into it.
cook for 30 mins at 160C
slice and enjoy!!
