The opposition has slammed CDS General Bipin Rawat over his statement on de-radicalisation camps. CPM leader Sitaram Yechury said that as a military commander, Gen Rawat has no business making such statements. AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi, while saying that the CDS is undermining civilian supremacy, asked who will de-radicalise people like Meerut SP, who asked Muslims to go to Pakistan.
