In this video, I will address the original purpose and need for heat risers in your exhaust, and explain why I'm choosing to delete mine and replace it with a spacer instead. Most FE engines will utilize the same or similar spacer, the biggest thing to look for is a similar thickness to ensure exhaust alignment, especially in a single, H-Pipe, or X-Pipe Exhaust.
