Real Sociedad, currently sits in the 6th position in La Liga with 15 games to go, is the 2nd most club in La Liga to give minutes to their academy graduates (48.5%) after RC Celta de Vigo according to CIES. Their current squad comprises 15 such players who has spent at least one year in their youth system.
