This is a sample template for Café SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to make Caffe Latte; or in Malaysia it is simply referred to as `Latte Hot`.
** Procedure Training Series ** This will be used as reference material for Barista , Café serving coffee, and for our training students if should they require such references to job their memory.
*Disclaimer* This SOP is specifically design for Cafes in Malaysia based on coffee beans roasted in Italy and the brand of machines that we supply. This SOP is also meant to act as a guide for new café managers and owners and in no way meant to be an absolute rule especially to the more experienced.

- Espresso Machine: Bezzera Wood 2G (made in Italy)
- Grinder: Fiorenzato F64Evo (made in Italy)
- Tamper: Motta Oak Tamper Championship Edition (made in Italy)
- Milk Pitcher: Motta Europa 17 Oz (made in Italy)
- Cup: 8 Oz Glass (Curved Bottom) specially designed Caffe Latte Cups (made in Thailand)
- Coffee: Essse Selection by Caffe Essse Italy (made in Italy)
