DJ Akademiks speaks on Lil Wayne dropping the $51 Millino Lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money.
UPDATE: According to sources close to the situation, Lil Wayne is still planning on pursuing a lawsuit vs Mr. Birdman Sandusky IV, but due to advice from legal counsel - He dropped the lawsuit in New York Courts and will now RE-FILE the same lawsuit in New Orleans. Apparently, legalities including transactions and agreements made in regards to Cash Money, - caused the change to be, where New Orleans courts is more appropriate for this case rather than New York. A query through New Orleans court dockets show no lawsuit for Lil Wayne vs Birdman Sandusky as of yet.
