A Tip Truck came in this afternoon with the driver concerned about inconsistent tipping, we connected test hoses from the truck's pump to our test unit and performed a quick flow vs pressure test to the pump.

Test results indicated the pump was OK and so we increased the tipper valve's pressure relief valve from 2000 to 2500 psi. (135 to 170 bar) and sent him on his way.

Post Scrip, the Client came in again a few days later still having inconsistent problems we narrowed the problem down to the PTO not always engaging to drive the pump.
