JDU chief and NDA leader Nitish Kumar will be taking oath as the Bihar chief minister for his fourth term in office, however, this time his party is in a weaker position in the alliance with BJP winning more seats in the tightly fought Bihar assembly election.
Sources have said with BJP having 74 seats compared to JDU’s 43, the party is likely to have two deputy chief ministers in the Bihar government led by Nitish Kumar. MLAs of smaller allies such as VIP and HAM are also likely to take oath along with Nitish Kumar, said VIP chief Mukesh Sahni.
