Anxiety is often accompanied by a racing mind. When we develop the capacity to disengage with thoughts and instead focus the attention on the ever-present background stillness, we gain access to an infinite stream of well-being.
When the sensations in the body are consciously and gently felt in the present moment, this stream of well-being infuses the whole system and can bring about profound transformation on the level of experience.
