Tuesday night's storms brought rapid destruction to parts of Baltimore City, including some small businesses in Roland Park. The water line was about chest high inside Majestic Cleaners. In the back of the store, the water went over the owner's head, all in about 30 minutes. "It's so frustrating. My wife and I came down to here," Kee Kim said, before starting to cry.
