[TRANSCRIPT]: - At the Miami Cancer Institute, it really is a one-stop shop. We really take a multidisciplinary approach to treating our patients. The first thing that I usually tell patients is that they are going to be okay, that breast cancer is an extremely common diagnosis and we're very good at curing most cases.
- It's really a state-of-the-art facility. We have so many resources at our disposal, like access to the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Alliance, clinical trials to facilitate treatments for patients.
- We also have support services. We have psychology and psychiatry services because we're not just dealing with what's going on with your body. It's your mind and your body, and we want to put all that together to make you as healthy as possible.
- So we're now starting to understand the cancer pathways and we're developing drugs that can interfere with those pathways in curing more patients. So we want to let all the women out there know we're here to help them.
