BS-D20 copper wire granulator adopts advanced design, reasonable structure, and reliable operation. This shredder machine has a good separation effect on a variety kinds of thread. It is a dry type of structure, that includes a crushing system, dust collection system, air separation system, and control system. The whole process is controlled by PLC.

Through crushing, vibration screening, air separating, and pulse dust collecting, the separation rate of the copper and plastic will reach about 99.99%, and the copper purity can reach 100%.
