🍕 “As you age a brain in a chemistry of glucose fuel all the time, it becomes resistant,” Dr. Bosworth explains. That’s what insulin resistance is: It doesn’t use that glucose as it should. It doesn’t get into the cell as it’s supposed to. And so the cell is starving. But it would use a fuel like ketones or a fat if it could get access to it.”
