Dare To Be Different With The Long Nail Goddesses. Travis from iwonder TV went to see The Long Nail Goddesses at Maria Ortiz's nail salon in Newark, New Jersey called Zeyne Beauty Salon. The group of women meet regularly to share stories about the pleasures, trials and tribulations of the long nail lifestyle. According to nail technician, Maria Ortiz, a Long Nail Goddess "was meant to shine, not blend in and they dare to be different." Each goddess has her own unique reason as to why she grew out her nails, but underlying each decision is a theme of empowerment. Despite their length, the women's nails don't hinder their day-to-day activities and are not acrylic nails they're all natural. Maria does amazing nail art for each of her manicures!
