Should I Live in Colombia?

If each year of my life has a theme, the theme for 2017 will likely be "home". For years now, I've been saying that I've wanted to find a place to base myself a little more. The only problem is, the places I find that I love are all terrible geographically for my career. For example: Colombia. Ever since my first visit to Colombia about 7 years ago, I have loved Colombia; in particular the province of Antioquia and even more specifically Medellin.
But, from a work standpoint, it makes so much more sense to be in Europe. So, should I live in Colombia? Well, I don't know.
On a bit of a whim, I decided to push back my plans to head back to Europe and I instead booked a trip back to Medellin, Colombia. I wanted to see if I still had the same love for the place as I did when I left. If I do love it, maybe I should stay. Maybe, I should live in Colombia and bounce out of here for work.
On this episode, I make the trip back to Colombia. Then, I meet up with some friends who decide they want to go on a bit of a road trip. And, so we go.
