You can easily cut this recipe in half and bake it in a 9x13" baking dish and it will be just thick enough in my opinion,.
Frosting/filling:
3/4 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
one envelope sugar free orange jello
1-2 tsp milk
Orange extract (optional)
Orange food colour (optional)
Coating:
About 4 cups of melted white chocolates and/or candy melts.
