INGREDIENTS:
4 whole wheat wraps
9 whole turkey pepperonis
15 oz marinara sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl mix marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and garlic powder.
Cut pepperonis into 4 even pieces. Set aside.
Use a small bowl, cup or empty can to cut 12 circles out of the wraps.
Brush muffin tin (12 count) with oil or use non-stick cooking spray.
Place each wrap circle in muffin tin and press with fingers making a bowl. Be careful to not tear the wrap.
Pour 1-2 tbsp of sauce into each wrap's bowl.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over.
Place 3 pieces of pepperonis on top of each wrap's bowl
Bake in preheated oven at 425F | 220C for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Be careful to not burn edges of wraps.
Remove from muffin tin after few minutes. Serve warm!

PRO TIP
36 Mini turkey pepperonis looks even better!
You can add whatever you like with pizza! e.g. olives, paprika etc.
