The SSSC with Who Cares? Scotland: Leadership

We joined staff and care experienced young people from Who Cares? Scotland (WC?S) on their residential weekend in April 2016 to deliver a workshop focusing on young people's leadership and that of the people who inspire them. During the morning the young people told stories, both real and imagined, that could change the care of young people in Scotland for the better.
In this video they consider their role on the National Care Council of WC?S, look at their strengths and recognise how they can develop their leadership in the future. The young people were enthusiastic, motivated and engaged with the challenge and generated lots of ideas they could work on to 2021. The workshop was a partnership between SSSC and WC?S.
