Luke Whitlock is seen in animated conversation with Liv Torc, Tim Wheeler and Tony Jones the day before his 80th birthday. Former students (and some staff) of Dartington College of Arts (which ceased to exist on the Dartington Hall Estate in 2010) discuss their radical education and curious but inspirational experiences at the college between the 1980s and 2000s.
