Ratna Prabha, IAS - Additional Chief Secretary - Government of Karnataka; This inspirational civil servant from her early years’ screams positivity and equality in every direction. The work done by this IAS officer from the 80’s, has brought courage and perseverance to many women entrepreneurs out there and there was even one woman in the audience who was benefitted by the programmes initiated by her. She is an example for development of women entrepreneurship across the country.

She is a woman who is an evangelist for women entrepreneurship, an enthusiastic and workaholic government official who believes that "passion is what keeps one going".

Her main focus is on rural development and social issues. She is also the Director of National Mission for Empowerment of Women under the Ministry of women and child development - Government of India.
