Sir Patrick Stewart is best known for being a part of two giant science-fiction properties, as Captain Jean-Luc Picard on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Professor Charles Xavier in Fox’s X-Men franchise. But the English actor got his start on stage, performing in over 60 productions with The Royal Shakespeare Company.
