The Shrink Sleeve Labelling Machine is used to drop the shrink sleeve label onto the can before it is moved into the steam shrink tunnel. It uses a label feed plane with reasonable height which is convenient to fix labels, it uses a micro-computer auto figure to avoid enactment and adjustment with only a light press needed; this system will detect and locate the label automatically with an exact cut placement. The label feeding equipment uses a synchronized driving control to supply the label. Configuration of the label feeding is stable which enables the exact length of the label to be cut and a quick supply of the label to the can. The center pillar applies a step-by-step label structure with a quick speed. The cutter uses a servo-motor which allows for high-speed and exact cutting.
The Steam Shrink Tunnel uses a combination of steam and electric components to evenly shrink plastic sleeves onto the product. The machine distributes low-pressure steam through nozzles that are in three segments for easy adjustments for height, position, and steam output, to create a uniform amount of steam in a seamless tube. This machine has defrosting trays to collect water condensation and adopts a waterproof design.
