After staying in Dubai for 20 years, returning home to Philippines for good surprised me of so many pleasures that I have missed during my absence. One of those is the availability of alcoholic drinks here --- can easily be picked up from the grocery store:) No need for liquor license at all. Can buy drinks anytime...and cheaper!
