Tips
Add seasonings you like to increase flavor of sauce, spicy, sesame oil, oyster sauce, rice vinegar( but I am not sure how it tastes if you add all these in....:))

Make sure oil is hot enough to pour over. You will hear sizzling sound and smell fragrant of garlic and green onion

Drizzle sauce to eggplant if not prefer dipping
