INGREDIENTS
Ash gourd-1/2 cup finely chopped
Onion-1 small size finally chopped
Green chilly-3/4
Shallots-3/4
Grated coconut-1/4 cup
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt for taste
Curry leaves
Grind the coconut with shallots green chillies turmeric powder salt and curry leaves.Mix the chopped ash gourd with the grinded coconut and onion.Heat up a pan pour oil,after that add mustard seeds red chilly and curry leaves.Finally add the ash gourd mix and close with a lid. After 5 min open the lid our thoran will be ready to serve.
