The State of the Nation Address tomorrow is expected to highlight strongly the ailing state of the economy. And with that the lack of jobs, South Africa ranks among one of the highest countries in the world with an unemployment rate of 27.1 percent and it's the highest it's been in 13 years. But for two ex-offenders, finding any job will most likely remain an eternal pipe dream.
