This challenge was one of my favorite fitness challenges I've ever done. It taught be so much about myself and also how running affects the body. It has been one of my life goals to run a mile in under 7 minutes, and this challenge being able to complete that made me incredibly happy!

I think I will continue to run, maybe not every day, but definitely more than I used to. It is so exciting to see how positively running just 1 mile can be to your body.
