Charity Shop Gold or Garbage? Slot Car Kit and Racing Granny Kit combined PART #2
Not a Scalextric slot car set, just an entry level toy, but it does look like it will be compatible with that Granny Racing kit I picked up a little while back so I can double the track length. There is a problem with electrical continuity on the cross-over track sections. Fixed it with some wire and my soldering iron.

Generally my projects are for my grandchildren to enjoy. OK, I enjoy them too. If anybody else likes them, that is a bonus. I like to keep my work as simple and basic as possible so that it can be copied easily and improved by anybody who wants to try themselves. I recycle or repurpose items rather than buy new and when I do buy I like to keep it cheap.
