I have found that overbent/behind the vertical ridden horses respond instantly to correct this ridden fault when the rider can adopt and maintain a neutral pelvis. Equestrians rely on their pelvic floor and inner thighs (plus stirrups) for support and stabilisation to follow the horse's movement with precision timing. Without this, the horse finds it much more challenging to use their topline muscles.
