The Thompson Staff Excellence awards are annually awarded to Morningside College staff members to reward outstanding dedication, service, and commitment to Morningside College. Generally, these awards are given at Morningside's annual holiday gathering. Due to the pandemic, plans were changed and a small entourage surprised this year's award winners in meetings or in their offices last week and filmed the moment. Congratulations to Katy Burford, Nick Buth, Mike Freeman, Steph Peters, Karmen Ten Napel, and Stacy Weiland for earning 2020 Thompson Staff Excellence Awards, and a congratulations to Tasha Goodvin for being named the 2020 Thompson Staff Excellence Awards Employee of the Year.
