[ Ссылка ] - We all love a good stir-fry, but have you ever made a dish that will take you back to the roots of Cantonese culture? Our stir-fried Oyster Sauce Gai Lan is the perfect way to get a traditional taste of Hong Kong at home.

Ingredients:
300g gai lan
1 Tbsp mined garlic
1 Tbsp oil
50ml water
Sauce mix:
1 Tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp shaoxing
1 tsp sugar
Corn starch slurry:
1 tsp corn starch
2 Tbsp water
Method:
1) Heat up the wok with 1 Tbsp oil over a medium heat and add the minced garlic and ginger, then stir-fry for 30 seconds until the garlic is fragrant.
2) Add the gai lan, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the water, cover the wok with a lid and turn up the heat to cook the vegatable for 1 minute.
3) Add the sauce mix, mix well before adding the corn starch slurry. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
