Ingredients :
250g salted butter
170g / 3/4 cup castor sugar
150g cream cheese
4 eggs gred A (large)
210g / 1 2/3 cup flour
40g / 1/3cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
50ml milk
Grated Chedder cheese
Preheat oven 180’c, 10 minutes
Bake 180’c , 60 minutes
Lower heat
(If not fully cooked add more time)
