Follow this easy taping application video for TURF TOE using SPORTTAPE Extra Sticky Kinesiology Tape to provide dynamic support and pain relief.
STEP 1 - MEASURE & CUT
- Measure SPORTTAPE K Tape from the top of the toe to mid-shin
- Cut your tape and round the edges to prevent fraying and catching on clothing
STEP 2 - FLEX TOES AND APPLY TAPE
- Rip the ends of the backing paper to reveal 5cm anchors at each end
- Apply the bottom anchor with 0% stretch to the top of the big toe
- Plantar flex the toes
- Apply the rest of the tape up the leg with 0% stretch
- Rub to activate glue
That's it. Just be sure to WAIT 30 minutes before exercising so that the glue has time to set. SPORTTAPE Kinesiology Tapes can be worn for upto 7 days through swimming, showering and sweating.
