Steps to install:
1- Unlock Miui bootloader using miunlock tool
2-Fasboot boot into twrp, don't flash
3- Flash the miui eu rom and reboot
4- It will boot the stock recovery, click on wipe data. Otherwise if it boots to OS, no need to wipe.
5- Now click reboot
