I turned my edible weeds into a Green Thai Curry Pie. Edible weeds are just free, organic food that took zero effort to grow! Always make sure you identify edible weeds correctly and know exactly what kind of conditions they have been grown in.

🌱 Chickweed - Stellaria media
🌱 Nasturtiums
To make the pie i blended the greens with a TBSP of water and used the green water in a soft crust pastry recipe. I then added the rest to the filling.
