Sold at retail and included with Donkey Kong 64 at launch, the Expansion Pak boosts the N64 RAM from 4 MB to 8 MB. It is an absolute requirement for only two games in the N64 library, but the Expansion Pak is compatible with and upgrades many other N64 games by increasing textures, framerates and even level gameplay unlocks.
