Hey everyone!
Here's my "Super secret" 😂 Vanilla sugar cookie recipe.
1.25 cups of Unsalted butter
1.25 cups of Sugar
1 egg (and 1 extra egg yolk)
1 tsp LorAnn Butter Vanilla Emulsion
1/2 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Salt
3 cups of All purpose flour
Once dough comes together in your mixer, divide in half and make two cookie dough "discs". Wrap each in plastic wrap and flatten. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Roll out your dough and cut your cookie shapes. Bake at 325 F for 18 minutes (adjust time/temp for your own oven's quirks).
