Alla Prima oil painting of a cloudy sky and the sea time lapse video. Painted in the studio at Krowji, this is an oil study which I hope to use as the basis of a larger piece. My reference for this was a combination of several sketches that I do en plein air on a daily basis here in Cornwall, UK.

I mainly used brushes and some palette knife work in one session. A home made medium of stand oil and turps was used with the Michael Harding oil paints to help them flow.
