Since 1990, Senegal's score on development, measured across a basket of different UN criteria, has risen  by nearly 40 percent and its push for progress has started  paying dividends. It is now set to become the 5th African nation to graduate from the UN's list of least developed countries. Caitlin Kelly reports from Dakar.
