This paint line operation for refurbishing propane tanks, uses the PAC-LINE™ enclosed track conveyor. Overhead conveyors such as this have consistently proven to be the lowest cost method of conveying items from point A to point B on finishing lines. In this application, propane tanks are transported through the warehouse, into a paint spray booth where installed sprocket rotators spin the tanks to automatically rotate through the spray process thereby ensuring consistent overall paint quality. Transport continues into and through the baking processes, then up and over the entire operation for final curing and awaiting distribution.

The PAC-LINE™ conveyor system with its enclosed track design helps resist rust and prevents contaminants from reaching the zinc coated chain and bearing surfaces . Overhead Conveyors allow parts to be stored overhead, an area that is often considered unusable or act as a "buffer" when the rate of production versus assembly of products is out of balance. Inclines and declines are easily achieved without the need for additional drives. Product carriers can be custom designed to allow personnel to work at the most ergonomically correct height.
