Las Vegas seems like an unlikely place for the world's top pizza makers to convene. Italy would be more on brand, or maybe even New York or Chicago. But every year, for four entire days, pizzaiolos descend upon Sin City to prove their worth at the International Pizza Expo. There are awards handed out for everything — best tasting pie, quickest box folding, largest dough stretch. But the competition the 10,000 attendees most look forward to is the Acrobatic Dough Tossing challenge.
